In industrial settings, they are essential for chemical industries, fuel storage facilities, vehicle and ship manufacturing, and other gas-dependent environments.
Main Features
Our products stand out with exceptional wireless communication capabilities, accurately indicating gas concentration levels. The clear, high-intensity digital readout ensures easy visibility in any situation. Equipped with a sophisticated memory unit, our devices perform continuous monitoring and protect data even during power outages. They can conduct self-diagnostics on internal components and peripheral devices for enhanced reliability. Additionally, our gas detectors feature an integrated wireless NB-IoT connectivity module, making them compatible with various Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. As a leading supplier and factory in China, we guarantee quality and performance in every unit.

    Product Description

The gas detection control panel is wall mounted and is linked up with gas sensors, such as the CA228 series, to form an integrated system for gas detection and alerting. This panel features a variety of external control ports, giving users the flexibility to connect and configure multiple detectors, and to conduct on-site monitoring and alerting with simple settings. The system is specifically engineered for detecting flammable gases and showing the concentration of the detected gas in percentage of the Lower Explosive Limit (% LEL). If the gas concentration surpasses the preset alarm level, the output circuit is triggered to initiate a series of alarm actions, including alarms, ventilation, and power cutoff.

Two-Tiered Safety Mechanism: The power switch and circuit board of the main unit are each protected by an independent protective circuit.
Emergency Power Supply: Built-in backup power maintains system operation during unexpected power failures.
Data Protection & Monitoring: Integrated data logger prevents data loss, while the system offers real-time monitoring and a self-check feature for faults.

The power switch and circuit board of the main unit are each protected by a protective circuit, providing a two-tiered safety mechanism. The device also has an emergency power supply to maintain system operation during power failures. Additionally, it comes with a data logger to prevent data loss in case of power interruptions. The system offers real-time monitoring of the sensor's status and is equipped with a self-check feature for faults. It will immediately alert if a fault or gas leak is detected.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does the gas detection control panel alert users of a gas leak?
When the gas concentration exceeds the preset alarm limit (measured in % LEL), the control panel triggers an output circuit to initiate alarm actions. These actions include sounding alarms, activating ventilation, and cutting off power.
What happens to the system during a power outage?
The panel is equipped with an emergency backup power supply (DC12V/5.5Ah*2) to ensure continuous operation. Additionally, it features an integrated data logger to prevent any data loss during power interruptions.
What safety mechanisms protect the control panel itself?
The control panel features a two-tiered safety mechanism where both the main unit's power switch and the circuit board are protected by individual protective circuits.
What is the maximum transmission distance for this system?
The system supports a maximum wired transmission distance of up to 1500 meters, allowing for flexible configuration and remote monitoring.
Does the control panel support fault self-checking?
Yes, the system provides real-time monitoring of the sensor's status and features a built-in self-check function. It will immediately issue an alert if a fault or gas leak is detected.
