China CAATM CA-2100A Industrial 4-Channel Gas Alarm Controller - Reliable Supplier & Factory Solutions
Product Description
The combustible gas alarm controller adopts a wall-mounted design for connecting combustible gas detectors (such as CA228 series detectors) to ultimately create a comprehensive combustible gas detection and alarm system. The device has four external control ports, allowing users to connect and configure multiple detectors, and facilitate on-site detection and alarm activation through simple configuration.
Intelligent Alarm System
Mainly used to identify combustible gases and display the measured gas concentration (%LEL). Exceeding preset thresholds triggers audible alarms, ventilation activation, and switch disconnection.
Double Safety Protection
Both the power switch and the host circuit board are equipped with protection circuits for enhanced safety. The main unit features backup power to remain operational during power outages.
Black Box & Diagnostics
Equipped with a black box function to prevent data loss when power is cut off. Provides real-time updates on detector operating status and self-diagnostic capabilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How does the combustible gas alarm controller alert users during a leak?
A1: When gas concentration exceeds the predetermined threshold, the controller triggers a series of alarm responses, including an audible alarm, activating ventilation systems, and disconnecting switch contacts.
Q2: How many gas detectors can be connected to the controller?
A2: The device features four external control ports, allowing you to connect and configure multiple detectors (such as the CA228 series) to establish a comprehensive monitoring system.
Q3: Will the system lose data or stop working during a power outage?
A3: No. The main unit is equipped with a DC12V/2.6Ah backup power supply to ensure continuous operation. Additionally, its black box function guarantees that data is not lost during power interruptions.
Q4: What is the maximum transmission distance between the detectors and the controller?
A4: The controller supports a wired transmission distance of up to 1500 meters, making it suitable for large-scale installations.
Q5: What safety features protect the controller circuit itself?
A5: The device features double safety protection circuits built into both the main power switch and the host circuit board, preventing electrical damage and ensuring operational reliability.
