The combustible gas alarm controller adopts a wall-mounted design for connecting combustible gas detectors (such as CA228 series detectors) to ultimately create a comprehensive combustible gas detection and alarm system. The device has four external control ports, allowing users to connect and configure multiple detectors, and facilitate on-site detection and alarm activation through simple configuration.

This system is mainly used to identify combustible gases and display the measured gas concentration (%LEL). When the concentration of a specific gas in the environment exceeds a predetermined alarm threshold, the output contact closes, triggering a series of alarm responses, including audible alarms, ventilation activation, and switch disconnection.

Both the power switch and the host circuit board are equipped with protection circuits for double safety and enhanced safety. The main unit is also equipped with backup power, ensuring that the system remains operational even during a power outage. In addition, the product also has a black box function to ensure that data will not be lost when the power is cut off.

The device provides real-time updates on detector operating status as well as self-diagnostic capabilities. If a fault or gas leak is detected, the system will immediately sound an alarm, ensuring immediate awareness and response.
