    Product Description

The gas detection control panel is wall mounted and is linked up with gas sensors, such as the CA228 series, to form an integrated system for gas detection and alerting. This panel features a variety of external control ports, giving users the flexibility to connect and configure multiple detectors, and to conduct on-site monitoring and alerting with simple settings. The system is specifically engineered for detecting flammable gases and showing the concentration of the detected gas in percentage of the Lower Explosive Limit (% LEL). If the gas concentration surpasses the preset alarm level, the output circuit is triggered to initiate a series of alarm actions, including alarms, ventilation, and power cutoff.
The power switch and circuit board of the main unit are each protected by a protective circuit, providing a two-tiered safety mechanism. The device also has an emergency power supply to maintain system operation during power failures. Additionally, it comes with a data logger to prevent data loss in case of power interruptions. The system offers real-time monitoring of the sensor's status and is equipped with a self-check feature for faults. It will immediately alert if a fault or gas leak is detected.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. How does the gas detection control panel alert users to gas leaks?

The system displays the gas concentration in percentage of the Lower Explosive Limit (% LEL). If the concentration exceeds the pre-set alarm level, it triggers output circuits to initiate alarm actions, which include sounding alarms, activating ventilation, and cutting off power.

    2. What sensors are compatible with this control panel?

The gas detection control panel is designed to link up with gas sensors such as the CA228 series to create an integrated system for gas detection and safety alerting.

    3. What happens to the system and data during a power failure?

The device features an emergency backup power supply (DC12V/5.5Ah*2) to maintain system operation during power cuts. It also includes an integrated data logger to prevent any data loss during power interruptions.

    4. What is the maximum transmission distance for the system?

The control panel supports a transmission distance of up to 1500 meters using a wired transmission networking mode.

    5. How does the system protect itself from electrical faults?

The main unit's power switch and circuit board are each protected by individual protective circuits, providing a robust two-tiered safety mechanism. Additionally, the system performs real-time sensor monitoring and has a built-in fault self-check feature to immediately alert users to any system faults.
