Fixed Combustible Gas Detection Analyzer Monitor for H2 Carbon Monoxide CH4 LNG with Digital Concentration Display
GTYO-CA226F Point-Type Combustible Gas Detector
Professional-grade reliable protection safeguarding every industrial and commercial space
Core Advantages: Precision, Stability, Durability
The GTYO-CA226F is a high-performance fixed gas detector based on advanced catalytic combustion technology. Equipped with an imported sensor core, it achieves precise monitoring of combustible gases from 3% LEL to 100% LEL, with an alarm error margin of only ±3% LEL, ensuring early detection and warning of hazards.
Engineered for long-term stability, the sensor boasts a three-year lifespan with outstanding resistance to poisoning and interference, ensuring continuous reliable operation in complex industrial settings. Built-in overcurrent and reverse polarity protection support a wide DC 12V-30V power supply, offering high adaptability and energy efficiency with power consumption below 2W.
Rugged Design for Harsh Environments
To address potential risks in industrial and commercial settings, the GTYO-CA226F employs a cast aluminum explosion-proof housing with IP66 protection rating, completely preventing dust ingress and withstanding powerful water jets. It also holds Ex d II C T6 Gb high-level explosion-proof certification, enabling safe operation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations. It stands as your reliable “safety guardian.”
Flexible Installation and Intelligent Output
The detector offers dual signal transmission modes: four-wire (24V, GND, LA, LB) and three-wire (24V, GND, 4-20mA), ensuring compatibility with mainstream control systems for flexible and convenient installation and wiring.
Features one passive relay output and one DC24V signal output, enabling seamless integration with alarms, exhaust fans, or shut-off valves to build an active safety control system.
